In order to pick up vehicle:
Pickup instructions
1.
Proof of ownership is required : title of vehicle, current insurance card, current registration (need one of these three items) and a valid photo id (government issued ID: license, passport, military ID)
2.
Pickup hours are during office hours (8am-5pm) unless you call the 24 hour number to set up a meet for someone to open the gate and that is an extra $45 gate fee for the help
3.
Pickups are authorized from 8am-4:30 in order to have paperwork authorized in time
4.
Only registered owners are permitted to pick up the vehicle
